So! It's been an issue on our server for about a month or two. Random hitching! with no idea where it's coming from, fps would drop to half or more, sometimes even down to 10fps for no real reason why. Seriously affecting pvp and minigames.

With the help of our moderator Jbottley. We narrowed the issue down to chunk borders. and found out it was an issue with the build of paper spigot we was using. Rest assured. pvp is now butter smooth, along with the rest of the server! no more random fps drops! Unless you have a potato pc
